Adoption of a Strategy for the Management of Motorised Vehicles in the Countryside. This policy statement sets out a framework for assessing the impact of motorised vehicles on Public Rights of Way, especially Byways open to all traffic. It sets out a hierarchy of management options from minor works to the imposition of a Traffic Regulation Order to prohibit such use where use is causing real rather than perceived problems.
