Replacement of St John’s Catholic Primary School, Bath - search
for a new site

Executive The
O&S Panel at its meeting on November 23rd dismissed by 8 votes
to 1 the call-in of the part of this decision identifying Odd Down
Playing Fields for further examination as a potential site.
The Panel placed on record its thanks to the call-in signatories for
enabling the concerns of local residents on this issue to be
examined and a greater understanding obtained of the decision
process of which this is a part. The full details of the
panel's decision can be read in the notes of the meeting.

Water main relining works are planned on or near the road from 29th
November and are anticipated to last for 3 weeks. During this
period it will be necessary on occasions to close the road from its
junction with Richmond Close in a north westerly direction for a
distance of 120 metres. During the closure, the weight
restrictions on Lansdown Road will be temporarily lifted. Shaft Road, Bath
Sewer connection works are planned on or near the road from 1st
December and are anticipated to last for 1 day. During this
period it will be necessary on occasions to close the road from its
junction with North Road in a south easterly direction for a
distance of 100 metres.
