DECISIONS TAKEN BY THE COUNCIL EXECUTIVE

The Council Executive last met on Wednesday 6th April. The Minutes were published in Weekly List 2005/14A.

The Council Executive will next meet on Wednesday 1st June. The Agenda will be published 7 days before the meeting and may be viewed in due course on the Council's website.

CALLED IN DECISIONS

These are decisions which are the subject of a call-in by 10 members.  If the call-in is validated under the rules within the Constitution, the implementation of the decision cannot proceed.  The decision will be examined through the overview and scrutiny process and a recommendation made back to the decision maker.  The response of the decision maker (the Executive Councillor or the Council Executive, whichever is relevant) will be recorded in a subsequent Weekly List.  Once made, this decision will not be eligible for a further call-in.

 E674 Voluntary Sector Grants for Play

This decision, made on 22nd March and published in WL 2005/13, has been the subject of a valid call-in.  The Education, Youth, Culture and Leisure Overview and Scrutiny Panel will meet on Monday 25th April to consider the call-in request and from there decide whether to proceed to a full review meeting to be held within a further 10 working days. 

 E790 London Road Traffic Scheme - Objections to TRO

This decision, made on 1st April and published in WL 2005/14, has been the subject of a valid call-in.  The Planning, Transportation, Economy and Sustainability Overview and Scrutiny Panel will meet on Thursday 28th April to consider the call-in request and from there decide whether to proceed to a full review meeting to be held within a further 10 working days.
